練功個人化 Personalization of Qigong, Yoga, and Taichi Practice

好的中醫開藥方一般不會超過七天,往後是根據患者實際變化的情況而改變配藥。同樣的原理,中、老年人每人身體狀況不一様,有人有上半身的問題,有人則有下半身的毛病,若細分至血液循環、消化系統、神經系統、泌尿系統、淋巴系統等則更為複雜。若有人說一種藥方/一套功法能治百病,対於此種説法較為保守。䦕始練功,團練相當重要,用心學習外,細心觀察老師、資深學員、其他初學者的不同,彼此砌磋,相輔相成。等學到一定程度後,自己必須找時間獨練,摸索対自己最合適的呼吸節奏,和體會対自己最有助益的動作的強度與最合適的姿勢。團練対聚氣、團體合諧、相互砌磋有相當的幫助。獨練則精進對自己觀察本身缺點的能力和開發対自己本身最佳化的序列動作,更加提升內觀和自省的潛力。團練,獨練須雙管齊下,不可缺一,兩者均對功力的增進和身體的改善有莫大的助益。

An excellent Chinese medicine doctor generally does not prescribe more than seven days for a patient. The doctor will adjust the prescription based on the patient’s progress. When considering this principle, elderly people will have specific, individual health issues. Someone have upper body problems, while others have lower body problems. Diagnosing the blood circulation, digestive system, nervous system, urinary system, and the lymphatic system is really complex. Thus, I do not believe that a single prescription or a certain set of exercises can cure all diseases. 
At the beginning of training, a novice needs to attend group practice.  It is very important for a novice to study hard, and to carefully observe the differences among teachers, senior students and other beginners. Beginners must help and challenge each other. 
After achieving a certain level, you must find time to practice alone and  investigate your personal respiratory rhythm. Experience will develop the wisest approach for a position. Group practice will foster Chi, group harmony, and mutual benefits. Only through diligent practice will one enhance their ability to observe and improve their shortcomings. Consistent practice will optimize sequencing and enhance the potential of Vipassana and meditation. Group practice and independent practice are a two-pronged approach.  Both can enhance and improve your body, skill, and health
